I have a friend that has 5 small kids and wants to start trying
CS
for cold and flu prevention after hearing me talk so much about
it.
BUT--as I don't have kids I am not sure at all about the amount
she should
give to the kids. They range from 1 year old up to 12.
So--can someone help me with this? I know all the archives from
the list are gone, so I am not sure where to go to research this
myself. I'd rather have personal experience info than reading
from
some web site selling CS that has to monitor what they say
