I assume you have tried straight EIS, 10 ppm or so. Many have said how
important it is to rotate the head in every conceivable direction to
allow the solution access to *all* the convoluted passages in the
sinus. This includes upside down etc. Using the neti pot over the sink
might not get to the upper areas.

Have had an extreme sinus infection for 3 weeks now. I
been throwing the kitchen sink at it but now avail. Been using a neti
pot for 2 days with saline solution,CS,CS+dmso,CS+ hydrogen peroxide
and water+ grapefruit seed extract. I can get it cleared out by the
end of the day, next morning its back full force. I heard gentian
violet was really good for sinus problems, my question would this be
safe using a drop or 2 in a neti pot? Or any other suggestions.
I have been nublizing and using a the zapper on it also.
