If you don't have a Harbor Freight local and need to pay shipping you may want to consider ordering from Deal Extreme (DX). The prices are a little higher but include postage. The one drawback is that it is shipped from Hong Kong and will take several weeks to arrive. I have ordered from DX many times and like them.
