Sodium Ascorbate...............1-3 parts Ascorbic Acid to 1 part Sodium Bicarbonate. (remerber Brooks Bradley's post on buffering the liposomal C? it makes it Sodium Ascorbate)

That's it.

If you waaaaaaaaant to buy it, EmergenC by Alacer or EfferC by Now. But it costs less to buy plain old Ascorbic Acid crystals and baking soda.

I've read that Vit C is an anti-histamine. Do you go along with that?
I'm not particularly allergic so can't really judge for myself.
