I know John, but unfortunately I just hate cooking! I try not to eat too much that is bad i.e. sugar and do eat veggies if I'm doing them for others, but just cannot be bothered for myself. I am 66 and actually have been healthy all my life - at least, I haven't had anything that made me ill other than gall stones. I have had this bone tiredness, but only when I have taken supplements together, funnily enough. I'm now taking vit C plus lysine and vit D3 and seem to be fine on those, so I will stick with them.
