Yes -- they are very expensive.  Mine is a Respond.  I just did a fast Google, 
and a new one is almost $7,000.00.  They do sell reconditioned ones (or at 
least they used to), and I believe they also rent them out.  They are sold to 
be used for animals -- horses, dogs -- so you'd have to play the game.  But 
they are phenomenal.  There may be other brands that are less expensive -- I 
didn't Google for that.  I don't know what you're dealing with, but I hope you 
find a solution.
