You have to train the dogs to respect the ducks.

Yes the dogs could kill the ducks, and no the ducks will not be able to out run the dogs, they can not fly, just flutter a bit off the ground, and they are sensitive so would stress if you allow the dogs to bother them.

Hi All;
I am wondering about these Indian Runner Ducks. I have three small Cairn Terriers, and they are the most territorial little buggers you have ever seen. If any thing runs, they are off after it. Do you think they might chase and catch the ducks, or could the ducks fend for themselves. I am hoping the name might mean they could avoid the dogs.
   Thanks Jimmie

How are the Guineas on eating vegetables and plants, and scratching up mulches? Do you protect them at night from varmints? Do they lay eggs you can eat?
