Kathy, Go to iherb.com and search for magnesium orotate, and calcium orotate by Advanced Research. The calcium orotate is very difficult to swallow as it is large and in tablet form (oval). I just switched to their 2-AEP Calcium from the Calcium Orotate for this reason. The products are mfg. by Advanced Research and are excellent.
They do not combine the orotates.
