Another diagnostic test I forgot to include is to plot the conductance
curve. For the first time, this allows you to look inside the process and
tell what is happening. My software automatically plots these curves, so I
can examine them for every brew I make. They tell you an enormous amount
about what is going on inside the brew.

I show two examples of these conductance plots and how to interpret them in

Yours may show a considerably diferent shape since you use pumping to
distribute the ions. It would be very interesting to examine some of your
plots and see how well the process is working.
