I purchased total EFA oils to see if that helps w/ inflammation. I have been getting pimples on my forehead and many hardened fatty deposits coming out of the pimples.For shaving i use an electrical shaver & sterilize after every use. I also have been putting CS drops in my eye but the eye lids are still red/itchy and now I have an irritation on my left eye lid that itches like pink eye but isn't.
What is the suggested dosage of oral CS? I would suspect mouthwash too. What about hormones? Polyunsaturated fat intake may be a cause also. And as others have suggested, look at the diet. Digestion is very important. Do you eat wheat and gluten? I would be taking CS orally, and also adding a few drops of DMSO to the CS for topical application.
