You might want to find someone in your area that practices FSM  
www.frequencyspecific.com  I’m told shingles responds very well.

I've been taking L-lysine since the beginning, but it doesn't seem to be doing 
anything at this point.  I do believe it was beneficial in the beginning.  The 
ice packs did more good than anything,

Hi Zoe, I used to take CS for shingles and also mixed it with aloe vera gel and 
rubbed it on with great success.  I also took whopping doses of l-lysine which 
the herpes zoster doesn’t like.  dee

I developed a whopping case of shingles in early January  and they still are 
creating a bit of a problem for me, tho not nearly as much as before.

it was my understanding that CS worked on bacteria  but not virii  so I didn't 
use my CS .  Now  Im being told that it could be beneficial.
Does anyone have experience  and if so  should I take it internally,  rub it on 
the lesions  or just how do I go about this?
