I'm so glad to hear that Gary Craig has a website....I'd gotten tired of all
these emails from other people who seemed to take over EFT training.  The Basic
Recipe, http://www.garythink.com/eft/recipe.html  is really all you need at
first.  After thinking it was hokey for a few years, I finally tried it. I
didn't see much value in it.   Then after my knee replacement 3 years ago, the
pain pills caused an anxiety attack and depression.  Nothing helped except
EFT.  I found that it worked better with practice.  Sometimes I even fell
asleep while tapping.  I don't use it anymore, except while I'm at the dentist,
but I'm so glad I have this valuable tool.

Mike, thanks for the suggestions on EFT.  I found garythink.com and am using
the videos to learn it.

If you (or others) can suggest any other resources I would appreciate it.
