Hi Joyce,

Thanks for the info! Except for a little olive oil on salads once in a while, 
we use VCO exclusively and love it. Youtube has an interesting series on a Dr. 
treating her Alzheimer's husband with VCO, too. Feeds affected brain cells more 
effectively than glucose.
