In my search for "good information", whether related to Codex Alimentarius, or the "Bill of Rights", I came upon these urls, from University of Texas: http://www.engr.utexas.edu/cofe/quotes.htm as well as http://www.engr.utexas.edu/cofe/governance/ although they are not related specifically to CS, the info is totally relevant because it tells how we got to the point of having to worry about having to kill anthrax.
