So busy right now: my story in the threads in this group. Check them out. 
(basically, for me, 4 caps (00)  of cream of tartar, per day. I get mine from 
nuts.com. (cheaper that way)
 Be VERY mindful to avoid sugar and refined carbs: candida feasts on these and 
especially encourages those cravings around the full moon.
Gradual changes: can't recall, just know tongue is less coated and cravings 
gone, more energy, clarity.
