Hi RaVen,
Have you considered dessicated liver tablets?  Have you tried to find out which
of the B Vits causes the problem?  B6 has diuretic characteristics.

Hi All,
Does anyone know of an alternative to brewer's yeast for natural B complex
vitamins? I'm allergic to brewer's yeast - it makes me edemic (swollen). It
seems not enough food I eat that is high in B complex works.
Suggestions?

RaVen

Thanks for reminding me of brewers
yeast, Ode.  It really is a wonderful supplement.  Did you use
the standard dosage or did you increase it?
