Dear CJ I almost died from terminal acne when I was a teenager...no I'm kidding... but my whole lymphatic system was overtaxed and the sores where nasty. What I have learned is to; *drink only distilled water *eat lots of fresh organic veges and fruits *use clay facials as needed... daily if it helps *stop eating cow dairy products *take algae nutricional supplements *drink colloidal silver as well as using them on surface of skin *wash face with lavender water and apply lavender/spike oil on damp skin afterwards *completely eliminate all caffene in the diet..no coffee..tea or coke/pepsi or any other carbonated soda pop.
