Sandra, Thank you for such a beautiful reply. Unfortunately, when I can actually see what is wrong with a person, all they want is a pill to help, ie feet, hands, legs, face, tongue, obesity,back problems and etc.. They do not wish to do any exercises or do anything different. I get extremely frustrated enough so that I quit giving classes, although I had many people, it was always the same, I feel like I am talking to myself. They especially do not want to research but they spend most of the day on facebook or twitter but to actually care for themselves absolutely not. I have been on this list since 99 it has literally saved my life.
