If something is good and has no strings attached, then you should be able to assume it is from God. If there are strings attached then be careful.
Pray for healing and it occurs: God. Ask for healing and it occurs: God Have someone lay on hand and get healed: God Use a rod to overcome your 5 senses and ask what to do to be healed and get good answers: God Ask a person (whether a psychic, priest, or entity) to be healed, and they demand that you do something, such as take an oath, make a uncomfortable affirmation, join an organization, sell your soul or something: be very very wary. Likely this is not of God (except in the broad sense that God is everything). It is likely from a separation from God (devil or otherwise).
