Dear John, You are correct about halving food intake being a good blood pressure dropper. Fasting can drop it overnight. Also on the mark about cholesterol having very little to do with heart disease other than being the bodies attempt to correct it. Most vitamins a made by plants not for "us" but as the plants natural anti-oxidants, our analog to plant vitamins is cholesterol, it is the bodies repair stuff. You need cholesterol to live. But the link between heart disease and H.Pylori as well as other microorganisms is growing. Colloidal silver is one of the hopes we all have against such nasties. I am fighting a nasty right now in my mouth. Got a abcess the size of a marble. But it broke after I started drinking my last batch of Colloidal silver that I made this evening. I put on some 4-thieves and then zapped for a coulple of hours. It still hurts and has sealed itself up again, but I am still working on it. Maybe my flaw lies in not being anal retentive enough. I do not boil my distilled water, I do not calculate the ppm, or shine my laser pointer through it. I just stick my silver wires in a batch of distilled water and turn it on. I do a half gallon at a time and I turn it off when I remember, sometimes I even remember to go stir it. When it is nice and cloudy, I regard it as done. I have a warning light that comes on if there is anything wrong with the batch. I have done it this way for over 3 years now. But even store bought colloidal silver has failed me. I bought some to fight strep throat 5 years ago and it did not make a dent in the agony of that sore throat. I finally beat it with cinnemon and honey and I think E-mycin which I was also taking for the same abcess area that is bothering me now. Sigh .I also lived with a light shaker on my face back then. That is a high intensity red LED. Has some of the same benefits of a laser without the risks. But I will keep up my less than superior CS making practices, and keep pouring it on my tooth and adding other weapons to my arsenal and when I get it cleared up I wont really care which thing did it or which combo.
