Frank: Feeling better is one thing (most people feel better when they think they're getting effective help. It's called the placebo effect), but I'm not aware that saline will actually cure Pink Eye. If you have evidence to the contrary please let us know about it. I think Pink Eye would be close to an objective test. We could even go one step further and match the "pink" eye color to reference transparencies of various shades of pink to see which eye is doing relatively better until both eyes recover completely.
