Hanan- ozone completely prevents herpes breakouts.  Coupled with CS, I'm sure it would be a good double-whammy against it.  You're probably already aware of the following, but just a reminder:  sun exposure also triggers herpes outbreaks, so perhaps the summer sun had something to do with yours.  Also, lysine and zinc might be good to add to your supplements for the rest of summer, since they help keep it under control as well.  GT
