I use 2 Maple leaf canada $5.00 coins with a 12 gauge silver wire twisted tight
through a small drilled hole to keep the alligator clips out of the
water...makes good silver but new coins are harder to lean with all the raised
and indentations . I trade back and forth between Coins and Silver strips, both
9999 pure.
I tried a 24 volt transformer with alligator clips soldered on the ends but I
don't like it. I am spoiled with a constant current automatic shutoff generator
with dial to pre set PPM.
I use a regular small fish tank bubblier and it works well.
