That remains to be seen, Frank. Certainly no harm is done and, aside 
from the occasional warning about high voltages, no more accomodation 
to others is necessary.

If we form a more technical list, this particular thread would be
appropriate in whichever venue it arises as far as I'm concerned, and
perhaps would only migrate to the tech list if it gets too lengthy or
detailed. If there's significant potential (no pun intended) for
controversy that folks want to hash out, then the tech list may be
well suited for it.

For now, I just want folks to be well behaved and have a rational 
discussion of what we need to do. Then we'll start to work out 
conventions and standards for the new situation.
