Hi Mike: Apparently not, pH stands for power of hydrogen, - more hydrogen = more pH, Less hydrogen = less pH
Interestingly enough, it is alkaline batteries that produce the longest and best power, not acid batteries. To prove this my son did a science experiment in school with different types of fruit as batteries. The more alkaline the fruit, the better the source of power it made.
