Give the bones a reason to hold on to the calcium. The body is conservative; if it doesn't have to spend the energy keeping and replacing the calcium on the matrix of the bone, it's just going to get rid of it.

Lift weights, go walk more. Eat green leafy veggies. Repeat, repeat, repeat......
