Hello, What will help pain in a damaged nerve in face from shingles virus after 17 months??? I been told the virus is gone and it is the damaged nerve that is the pain now and I will probably have it for the rest of my life. I will not live the rest of my life like this as it's not worth it to be a nothing but a pain 24 hrs a day 7 days a week etc. Maybe if they sever the nerve at the point of the pain????? I have been taking Vit B, Super Lysene, Turkish Oregano, Olive Leaf extract capsules, C S and added gatorade to it through the day. Was drinking Kombucha and Kefir and was told not to take those while drinking C S but am going to start back on them Am and Afternoon and drink CS in between but wait 30 min or hour after Kt and Kefir. These things help lesson the pain but only up to a point as if a brick wall stops abt midway. I went through the Cs saturation etc. I found that a warm heat pad helps for a while then pain is back. I can't lay in bed with a heat pack on my face the rest of my life. I have also taken IBprofin (3 - 200's) and helps but nothing has stopped it. Knife welding terrible pain at times sharp pains Start with corner of left side of mouth down under chin back up along side face into ear up to temple and across face to mouth.. Sometimes usually in morning wake up with bad headaches. Stabbing sharp burning pain. God never gave Satan this kind of pain to wield in hell. I also have a Herbalist made up a tea with about 6 or more pain killing herbs plus others for immune etc I drink. I have an apmt with a Nerologists on 20th at a well known Seattle Wa clinic & hosp. I go to otherwise i to in Fed. Way, Wa. as they don't have one that goes to Fed Way. I also have a small bottle of med for ear and use it as well. I have a spur in right shoulder that has made a hole in my rotor cuff and may now have more damage there. It also is and has been for some months now pain all down my right arm into my hand and 2 forefingers. I also have to have Bo Tox treatments for muscles around my eyes due to Blephospasum of eye lids now for about 8 yrs. Pain pills for the Shingles stopped up my digestive and elimination tract for 2 weeks and I couldn't keep pills or even water down and lost 25 lbs. So the pills Zamfir, given for shingles didn't get a chance to stay to do any good. I wasn't told to drink lots of water. I found out about KT and then Kefir about 7 months ago and it got my system back in order and I need to get back to it. But this pain has to get gone and soon.. I realy would like to grab that 40+ yr old son of the couple that invited us to the xmas dinner in 2000 that brought his sick with chicken pox teen ager to their house that day and never told anyone about it. I would put some brains into his head and beat out the hot air in it. His parents also got shingles but mine is worse. They are also on CS and Kt and Kefir having got them from me. They also have been helped with them. We make our CS , Kt and Kefir. and CS for our friends. Some stupid people! ! ! take sick kids anywhere.
