Hi Joseph,

With your electrode assembly why not use a DMM that has an AC current
scale so that you can use a 120 v ac to 12 vac transformer and place a 3
or 10 turn pot. across the 12 volts. Use one end and the wiper contact
as the output. adjust the voltage to 10 volts and connect the meter in
series with one cell lead. Now you are measuring microSeimens. Use a
100k 1% resistor and a 20 k 1% resistor for calibtation adjustment.
uS/cm = 1,000,000/ resistor. or 1,000,000/ 100,000 = 10 uS/cm, and
1,000,000/20,000 = 50 uS/cm.
