Dear Chuck, and everyone else,
Thanks for all the help, I appreciate the input.
I went to Target this morning, and the CoQ10 they had there was 12 bucks for
30 100 mg capsules. OUCH!
I`ll check Wallyworld, they are usually more reasonable there.
Then I went to the LDS Bishop`s Storehouse to work for a while and to get my
own order of food, and nearly collapsed while there. Apparently I had
overheated while helping bag apples for only 1/2 hour, and apparently the
old bod wasn`t too happy with me. Had to have some folks from my home ward
drive me home.
By the way, my cholesterol is fine, BP was 132/81, my fasting blood sugar
is normal. I took one of the diuretics yesterday, and ended up with a very
angry set of kidneys...(It is called Triam).
I`m increasing my E intake to 400 mg/day and will take the cod liver oil
more regularly. What does Lysine do??
Thanks again,
Marshalee
