A very good shoe is the Finn Comfort brand with the neutral foot bed. My Croft zapper took away the pain of a heel spur in l hour, but since I have Morton's toe (second toe longer than the big toe) my feet still weren't comfortable. Knees, either. But the Finn Comfort has given me lots more comfortable feet, knees, etc. pj
