Hi Marshall,

As one who lost my husband to death by doctors (three in a row), I can tell
you now it is only because humans can overcome nearly anything, given a
chance, that death by doctor isn't ten times higher.

You might find it of interest that when the doctor's in England and later in
Israel went on strike, the death rate dropped over 50%.  Must have been
downright embarrassing!
