OOPS 14 doubled is 28 PPM..not 24.

However, different brands of TDS meters might be using different fudge
factors.
 Water Industry standard for some applications is x 1.5 microsiemens and
others is x 2.
 The "hanna" TDS meters use x 2. Other brands?  I dunno.
 I'd tend to believe 14 x 1.5 = 21 PPM more than 28 PPM.
