This has been discussed before.  There are several references on the net that
indicate that it does NOT cross the barrier, but I can find no cites or good
documentation to back it up.  Also there is one research paper I ran across that
indicated that silver citrate WILL cross the barrier, but if you take that by
mouth, I would expect it to become Silver Chloride immediately in the stomach.
