Sounds perfectly disgusting to me. I'm not insulting you, just amazed that anyone could or would eat that and like it. BTW, liquid lecithin or those granules? Whole flaxseed or ground? I am fascinated, gotta try it and see if it tastes as nasty as it sounds.

How about a bowl of raw flax seed soaked overnight in water, with a touch of lecithin and maybe a bit of vanilla and stevia. Can eat it just like that or whip it up in a blender for a smoothie type breakfast. Either way is delicious, nutritious, filling, and no milk products needed. If you have to have a milk type product on occasion, try soaking almonds in water overnight - use the "almond milk". Joy
