Unfortunately, the FDA does not believe there is a First Amendment right for
dietary supplement companies and they actively prevent the dissemination of
such information.

Important news:

The FDA will soon publish a new set regulations called "Current Good
Manufacturing Practice" (CGMP) for the Dietary Supplement Industry.

The CGMPs for the Dietary Supplement industry are more stringent than they
are for the pharmaceutical manufacturers. When these new regulations are
published, companies will be given three years to comply. Those that do not
comply will be shut down. It has been estimated that 90-95 percent of
existing dietary supplement manufacturers will not be able to afford to
comply and will go out of business.

This is a far bigger threat to the survival of the dietary supplement
industry than CODEX!
