Electrically isolated silver. What most of us make, nothing but pure silver and distilled water. Probably mostly ionic with some tiny particles, the ideal is to have it be perfectly water clear. I like the term because it is much more accurate than the term "CS" which can be used and is used to name anything and everything, from silver compounds like silver nitrate, silver citrate, to mild silver protein, which is large silver particles kept in suspension by gelatin.
