And I am in Australia and lots of us had it here! The wind bloweth where it listeth - carrying who knows what with it. It seems to be so infectious - I called to give a friend some CS; she warned me she was ill but I "knew" I'd be all right. I wasn't. Every time I seemed to be better and went out or whatever, it was worse. Weeks of my life wasted. I sprayed throat with The Mix, and applied to ears also, as well as breathing in. Also nebulised with Mix. I mixed my guaifenesin topical cream that I make myself with additional ingredients, tea tree and eucalyptus oil, coconut oil, more DMSO, and rubbed it all over myself, then after that kept my throat and chest covered. I think it finally whimpered into pretend submission when I started zilling my feet. I hadn't got going until then with some new terminals I'd made, shaped rather like a tennis racquet. I laid them between folded cotton face washers on an old plastic chopping board and poured water with bicarbonate of soda on them. Rested my feet on the wet fabric, and carried on with my computer activities. Every now and then I turn the board round to reverse polarity (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/microelectricitygermkiller/). So long as I remembered to start, my feet were being zilled for several hours a day. I'm keeping that up. It's so easy, cheap and trouble free.
