I've passed this info along to my husband, and I'm really hoping that we will determine that tabasco sauce can, in fact, be used in this application. First, I love the stuff, and use it a lot (try it on pizza - you'll feel a lot less guilty, and it tastes a lot better than salt & pepper or pepper flakes).
But secondly, it's easy to find and grab in our kitchen, and something easy to remember....
