LOL Probably not - "juice" in banana ... but lots of good flavor and
nutrients. We love to juice together a mixture of Granny Smith apples,
oranges, strawberries, and a banana. The banana thickens the smoothie,
so we add ice and a little water - tastes fantastic. We can do much the
same with veggies to make a mock V-8 type juice. The book that comes
with the Vita-Mix has lots and lots of recipes for soups, dips,
smoothies, ice cream, etc. The order in which ingredients are added can
make whatever mixture either totally smooth or chunky.
I don't know anything about Jack Lelane juicers, but if it's anything
like Vita-Mix, then you probably experience much the same as what we get
with Vita-Mix. My old juicer (a Waring Pro) wasted the pulp/fiber and
any nutrients contained therein and gave us only a small amount juice.
My old one was also very messy! What's the saying? - "juice isn't worth
the squeeze" or something like that! LOL
Enjoy!
Susan
PS: I don't own stock in Vita-Mix! (but wish I did!)

I didn't think there was any juice in banannas! I have had a Jack Lelane

We bought a Vita-Mix last December, and we love it! It's expensive but
Worth it in my opinion. There's virtually no waste with Vita-Mix as
There was with the juicer we previously used (and don't use anymore).
With Vita-Mix we can use whole fruits/veggies, minus rinds on oranges,
Grapefruit and peels on bananas, etc.
