While all states are illusion, since one lives life perceiving states, why not embrace a state you like, and in which certain things do not block your way so heavily? Enlightenment is a process in time, and yet that which is real and thus facilitative to all illusion, is not in time because it is not bound to it. In this case, because it is not bound to any perceived state. Integrated wholeness lies indivisible, and thus without states, and yet all states are perceived by real persons. The persons are existent as real and constant, and the states are non-existent by the view, and yet they occur as time-based experience.
Well, I get more confused daily, which isn't necessarily a bad thingy.
The way I interpret this is that there is "integrated wholeness" (reality) and there is the state of enlightenment which is illusion, and may lead to integrated wholeness (according to the article....I think). So, what everybody calls enlightenment is really an illusory state of mind? Tantamount to a happy pill? Am I groking?
