The other question I have, and I've asked this before, is: Are the return values
consistent from one RBL provider to another? Will "127.0.0.2" always mean a Verified
Open Relay, etc?

I'd sure like to see someone more knowledgeable than I, prepare a web page showing, in
tabular form, each RBL provider, the corresponding SIMS RBL Server List entry, what it
blocks, what it returns, etc. so that persons like myself can keep it all straight.
Any volunteers? If not, I'll prepare and post it, but I'll need info such as that
below for each provider from someone, and I'll need critics to point out the errors
after it's posted.
