First off, are you sure that DNS is set up right? You have no MX record for softdawn.net and the A record points at 204.251.10.218, not .81 as you list above.
Also, what do the SIMS logs say? You may need to turn up the logging level (SMTP & maybe Router -- I seldom have to do so, so I figure out what I need when there's a problem). Basically, we need more detailed information.
FWIW, the server at 204.251.10.81 is *not* a SIMS server. Here is a transcript of a connect:

Based on the above, I think you have a DNS misconfigured -- pointing at the wrong box. Also, the box at .81 believes it _should_ be accepting email for softdawn.net. As it's not your SIMS box, it shouldn't be.
