Dear Victor Yue, I don't think Singkawang have some one interesting for bird watching. May be some one have, but they have a motive for cacthing the bird for sale. The yellow feet bird ( I do not know exactly the name) which we can find all over here in Singapore, for stealing a left over at hawker center. The bird value around 20$ in Singkawang, they dont see the bird lah, they only see money that bird can exchange for. Then the nature also a bit destroy, the semi modern for farming using a chemical already became a disaster. The firefly which the beuty of nature, already disapear from our kampong few years back. Rgds, Lidya P.S. : only in deep inside forest can find a nature with no human interfare but surely not in Singkawang area.
