Hi
I hava a query regarding Registrar behavoir
what will a Registrar do when it receives a De-Register from an user which
has already not Registered(the registrar could not find the bindings)?Should
it
1)return no Contact in 200 OK
2) reject the request
3) return contact which came in De-REGISTER.
In case it is the third option what happens when De-Register has contact as *.
