De-Register comes into picture afterwards. Before that the Registrar  
checks whether the AOr is relevant/exists for this particular REQ-URI.  
If the match doesnt exist/relevant it should ideally send 404(Not  
Found) back.

In context to the last line mentioned by you. If the AOR is valid then  
the Registar MUST stick to the fact that if Contact is * then Expires  
MUST be 0 else send back INVALID request.
