Hi, When proxy received Cancel, it should send response 200. Cancel is hop by hop, not end to end. The timeout of Cancel trnasaction shouldn't affect ICT. If UAS dies, proxy should return 408 when Timer C fire, and UAC should maintain a timer for IOC in case of proxy dies.
