   But we have no method for negotiating what Content-Dispositions are
   supported by a given SIP UA.  So of course it doesn't work well.

But as someone suggested at the microphone, if people coin new methods
(starting with "X-"), those methods *can* encode "What should I do
with this?"  And the Allow header allows UAs to negotiate what methods
are supported.

I see no problem with proliferating methods, as that is no worse than
proliferating Content-Dispositions.
