when sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] makes the call, it does not need to go through bar's
proxy.  all that is needed is that sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] is registered with its
registrar.l

forking is needed if sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] has currently registered from 
multiple
UAs, but forking is normal rfc3261 stuff.
