Some corrections on the side: sipXconfig _will_ create conferences
automatically for every user that is created if that user is a member of
the group that has "automatic" creation of conferences enabled.

And let's use the term "conference" to designate what's created in this
context. "conference bridge" was often used to designate the service that
offers conferences. I had a quite a strange conversation with Ranga on it
before we realized we talk about 2 different things ;-)
