Changed it so we were using the domain name rather than the IP address and there was no change. Looked at a similar post and tried to call the autoAttendant(x100) that worked but would not transfer to an extension after that.

Although I think that the sipXecs host's IP address is supposed to be accepted as an alias, in general, it's best to use the sipXecs SIP domain name rather than the IP address.
